Booking Conditions

 

Courses require a minimum of six participants to run. In the event of a course being cancelled, participants will receive a full refund. Events at the Centre do not have a minimum number required to ensure they take place.

Should a participant need to cancel three weeks prior to an event, they will receive either a credit for another event in the centre or a refund minus the booking fee of 10%. After this time, decisions on transfers will be based on the demand for a particular course or event, and the circumstances surrounding the cancellation.

Cancellation or transfer requests made in the week prior to an event will not receive a refund. If the request is made due to illness, and the particpant presents a doctor's note, they will be given the option to transfer to another course or event at a later date.

Upon arrival at the centre, each participant must present a valid ID or confirmation email in order to gain entry to the event.
